Case Study: Digital Immersion & The Future of Pre-Sales
Amanti Presales Centre - First of its kind
The Background
Vue6 was a boutique project of 49 contemporary condos in the heart of Langley’s Nicomekl neighborhood. Positioned as a "new icon" on the Langley skyline, the project faced a common pre-construction hurdle: the building wouldn't be completed until 2026/2027. To secure early buyers in a competitive Langley market, the agency needed to bridge the "imagination gap"—turning floor plans into tangible, emotional experiences.

The Challenge
Selling a home that doesn't exist yet requires overcoming significant buyer friction:
The Visualization Barrier: Traditional 2D floor plans often fail to convey ceiling heights, natural light, and spatial flow.
Site Inaccessibility: Without a finished structure, buyers often struggle to understand their specific "view" or the building’s presence on the streetscape.
Sales Velocity: The developer needed to move 49 units quickly to hit construction financing milestones without the overhead of a massive, traditional wood-frame show home.
The Strategy
We replaced the traditional sales office model with a high-tech Digital Discovery Center, powered by two primary technological pillars:
1. The 3D Cube LED "Hero" Display
To create immediate "wow factor" and street-level stopping power, we utilized a 360° 3D Cube LED screen.
Dynamic Highlighting: Unlike a static physical model, the LED cube allowed us to rotate the building in high-definition, highlighting specific units as they were sold or featuring the rooftop amenity deck in real-time.
Forced Perspective: The 3D technology made the building appear to "pop" out of the screen, creating a landmark piece of digital art that drew foot traffic and social media shares.
2. Amanti Digital Presentation Center
We moved away from paper brochures and static boards, opting for the Amanti Digital Presentation solution. This served as the "brain" of the sales experience:
Heavy use of Renderings: Using multiscreen displays and video monitors, buyers were able to get a near virtual walk thru of the project.
Utilization of Touchscreen monitors and Digital contracts: By generating a virtual walk thru and integrating it with our touchscreens we were able to give potential buyers views of their units from the balconies and inside rooms.


The Results
By leaning into a purely digital sales environment, we achieved results that traditional marketing couldn't match:
Reduced Overheads: By using a digital centre instead of building a physical "mock-up" suite, the developer saved significantly on construction and storage costs.
Improved Close Rates: The immersive nature of the Amanti system led to a 30% increase in "first-visit" deposits, as buyers felt more confident in the digital representation than in traditional sketches.

The Takeaway
